Corporate housing offers long-term business travelers the comforts and conveniences of home and office, plus the pampering amenities of a hotel. Common reasons for corporate stays include personal or business relocations and temporary work assignments.

At Mariani's, corporate housing refers to large, fully-outfitted apartments with all the comforts of home, available for a fraction of the cost of a hotel. All you really need to bring is your toothbrush.

Our corporate apartment complex has its own swimming pool, carports and laundry room. Daily maid service and all other extended stay hotel amenities are provided with these executive units.

Terms are based on a 30-day minimum stay, extendable in whole-week increments. All stays with an advance commitment of at least a month are exempt from tax.

Rates for corporate apartments are $2,900 per month for a two-bedroom, $2,500 per month for a one-bedroom and $2,100 per month for a studio apartment. We also offer three-bedroom apartments and duplexes with garages and spacious backyards.

For your convenience, Mariani's restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Our Magnolia Lounge features live entertainment and dancing Fridays and Saturdays. Complimentary hors d' oeuvres are served Monday through Friday 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
